- We charge a fixed rate per calling resource per
month inclusive of:
o Recruitment of an experienced resource
o Monthly wages of the employee
o Facility, infrastructure & technology cost
o Long distance calling charges
o Management charges on the basis of 1 TL : 8 agents
& 1 Manager : 3 TLs.
o Quality assurance/compliance support on the basis
of 1 QC : 12 agents
o Up to 192 work hours per resource per month –
8 hours a day, 5.5 days a week
- Payments to be made on a monthly basis, in advance
through wire transfer in USD
- No extra taxes or charges are levied
Charges vary from USD 500 to USD 1000 for non voice based work
and from USD 1200 to USD 1800 for voice based services.
